**What it is:** A tense connecting the past to the present.  
**What it’s for:** Talk about experiences, results now, and unfinished time.  
**Example:** “I have finished my homework.” (Result: it’s done now)

  * **Affirmative:** S + have/has + V3  
    - I **have eaten**. / She **has eaten**.
  * **Negative:** S + have/has not + V3  
    - He **hasn’t seen** it.
  * **Question:** Have/Has + S + V3?  
    - **Have** you ever been to Da Nang?

===== Common uses =====
  * **Experience:** “I’ve been to Japan.”
  * **Result now:** “She has lost her keys.” (she can’t open the door now)
  * **Unfinished time:** “I’ve worked a lot this week.” (this week isn’t finished)

  * ever, never, already, yet, just, since, for, this week/today

===== Common mistakes =====
  * “I have saw” ❌ → “I have **seen**” ✅
  * “I’ve finished yesterday” ❌ → use Past Simple: “I finished yesterday” ✅
