  * Introduce yourself (60 seconds) without long pauses.
  * Ask and answer basic questions (name, job, location, time).
  * Understand slow dialogues about daily life (60–70% without transcript).
  * Write a short paragraph (5–7 sentences) about your day.
  * Use be/am/is/are and present simple correctly most of the time.
