**What it is:** A practical way to use Anki for SRS (what cards to create + how to review).  
**What it’s for:** Consistent vocabulary growth without forgetting.  
**Example:** A card: Front “make a decision” → Back meaning + 1 example sentence + audio.

===== Card types (recommended) =====
  * **Phrase card:** Front = phrase, Back = meaning + example
  * **Cloze card (fill blank):** “I ____ a decision yesterday.” → made
  * **Listening card:** Audio → type what you hear

===== Daily routine (15 minutes) =====
  * 10 min: review due cards
  * 5 min: add 5–10 new cards (only from real context)

===== Quality rules =====
  * One card = one idea
  * Always include a sentence context
  * Delete low-value cards (too easy / too unclear)
