Levels (simple guide)
- A1 (Beginner): Basic phrases, introductions, very simple sentences.
- A2 (Elementary): Daily topics, simple past/future, short conversations.
- B1 (Intermediate): Longer conversations, opinions, work/travel topics.
- B2 (Upper-intermediate): More complex texts, debates, clear writing.
- C1 (Advanced): Flexible language, nuanced meaning, academic/work.
- C2 (Proficiency): Near-native understanding and expression.
How to use CEFR
- Pick content slightly above your level (e.g., B1 learner uses B1–B2 materials).
