A1 Exit Criteria
What it is: Conditions to move from A1 to A2. What it’s for: Ensure you are ready before learning harder materials. Example: You can describe your daily routine using simple present.
You are ready for A2 if you can
- Introduce yourself (60 seconds) without long pauses.
- Ask and answer basic questions (name, job, location, time).
- Understand slow dialogues about daily life (60–70% without transcript).
- Write a short paragraph (5–7 sentences) about your day.
- Use be/am/is/are and present simple correctly most of the time.
